This building was originally the JU President’s house before the 1980s and remained unoccupied until 2013 when President Tim Cost renovated the building to be used as a student space. The JU Riverhouse houses Catina Rio, a restaurant with food and alcoholic beverages for those over 21 years of age, conference and meeting rooms for students, a projector screen for movie nights and sporting events, and sand volleyball courts.
