UNT proudly hosts Texas' inaugural university Dining Hall Certified Free From™ the Big 9 Food Allergens and Gluten, accredited by Kitchens with Confidence. Kitchen West offers traditional favorites such as enchiladas, pizza and casseroles as well as indulgent desserts in a bright, open setting conveniently located across from the Pohl Rec Center. Although allergen-containing foods remain clearly labeled across all UNT Dining Halls, Kitchen West ensures a seamless dining experience for individuals affected by the Big 9.
