Bates West

An apartment-style hall with a convenient nearby parking lot for residents and an all-you-can-eat diner next door. Housing for first year students. The university's first co-ed residence hall, Bates West is a 14-story, apartment-style tower housing students in 101 apartment-style suites. The building is named for university alumnus and former state treasurer Jeff B. Bates.
