Office of Admissions
The Office of Admissions is located on the ground floor of the Student Services Building. This office guides prospective students through the process of enrolling at USF. Direct any questions about the application process, including requirements and deadlines, to the Admissions staff.
The Office of Admissions accepts walk-ins from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday. During the same hours, they are also available over the phone at 813-974-3350.
Office of Financial Aid
The Office of Financial Aid is also located on the ground floor, right across the hall from the Office of Admissions. Direct any questions about scholarships, loans and other opportunities to receive financial assistance to the Financial Aid staff.
The Office of Financial Aid accepts walk-ins from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday. During the same hours, they are also available over the phone at 813-974-4700, but it’s a good idea to schedule a telephone appointment because call volume tends to be high.
Center for Career & Professional Development
This important resource can be found on the second floor of the Student Services Building. Staff will equip you for success in the workforce through career coaching, resume help, development workshops and boosting awareness of on-campus job openings.
Counseling Center
The Counseling Center, located on the second floor of the Student Services Building, serves a critical function at USF. They offer free, professional counseling services to all registered students, helping you navigate stressful and emotional times that sometimes come as part of university life.
Compassionate and diversity-oriented, they offer both group and individual sessions, in-person or over video chat. Mental wellness is essential to academic success, and the Counseling Center is flexibly meeting the changing mental health needs of a diverse campus community.
Student Accessibility Services
Student Accessibility Services (SAS) is on the ground floor of the Student Services Building. They facilitate opportunities for student success, promoting equitable education and providing academic accommodations to students with disabilities.
