▪️ Founders Hall

In Founders Hall, graduate students live on the top floor with close access to main campus buildings—and a terrace overlooking the San Francisco skyline. On the fifth floor, you’ll live in a private studio or shared three-bedroom suite. Building amenities include front desk security, an open-air indoor courtyard, a rooftop patio, and community gathering spaces. It’s also easy to access through public transit and bike share.

▪️ Makers Cafe

Located on the ground floor of Founders Hall, Makers Cafe offers sustainable, seasonal menus to our community. Offerings include vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, alongside late-night snacks and grab-and-go items. You can also pre-order food from your phone or computer to save time.

▪️ Blattner Hall

A four-minute walk from CCA’s main building, Blattner Hall offers spacious units with views of San Francisco. These four-bedroom, two-bath units include eight study spaces outside the bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. You’ll also find outdoor and indoor gathering spaces and have 24-hour security and support from front desk staff.

Right in the city

The building’s location is hard to beat: High-profile art venues like fuseproject, the San Francisco Center for the Book, and CCA’s Wattis Institute are all your neighbors. A Whole Foods is just blocks away, and Philz Coffee is one of a handful of nearby cafes.

CCA’s go-to supply store for over 20 years is conveniently located on the ground level of Blattner Hall. ARCH Art Supplies selects their merchandise based on the needs of our faculty and students so you can get everything in one place. They even offer same-day delivery to your suite.
