University Place is located half a mile from the main campus.
Housing nearly 2,000 students in apartment-style buildings, it offers an Activity House that's equipped with an exercise and fitness center, an outdoor pool, social rooms with wide screen TVs, basketball and volleyball courts, outdoor grills, and picnic tables.
Each apartment is furnished with a washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, disposal, upholstered sofa and chair, kitchen table and chairs.
