Rockmont Hall
Rockmont Hall is our newest building opened in 2019 and serves as top-tier housing named after one of our historic legacy schools, Rockmont College. Rockmont is home to Arturo's Cafe, Campus Security, our outdoor Pickleball court, and Residence Life offices. Student staff man the front desk 24/7, the Rockmont Market available for snacks and drinks, and ID swipes are required to enter the building.

⭐ Campus Security
CCU's campus security is made up of mostly-retired Denver police officers and is available 24/7. Campus security is willing to pick you up and drive you to your on-campus apartment from different locations on campus during the evenings if desired. We have a great relationship with the Lakewood Police Department, so Lakewood PD is present at all major events, with off-duty officers constantly patrolling through campus.
⭐ Residence Life
Residence Life has its office in Rockmont Hall. Each floor of every apartment has a Resident Assistant, and every building has a Resident Director. With one of the best student to RA ratios in the country at just 24:1, deep community is formed, and students of all ages are able to do life together in an authentically unique way!
⭐ Arturo's Cafe
Arturo's is home to a homemade sushi bar that's open until 10 pm! Great for late-night studying, it is open from 4-10 pm. Arturo's is included in student’s meal plans.
⭐ Top-Tier Housing
Our top-tier housing offers the most amenities available on campus. Each apartment has three bedrooms and boasts air conditioning, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a stove/oven, a microwave, and cable access for a TV. Students are provided beds, a desk, a desk chair, and a dresser in each bedroom and a couch, chairs, coffee table, kitchen table and chairs, and end tables for each common area.
