Regional Postsecondary Center - Student Services (RPC)
The Regional Postsecondary Center's (RPC) student service area serves as a one-stop shop for all student administrative needs, career services, along with Veterans Affairs and the Military and Veteran Service Center. The campus’ largest auditorium, the bookstore and Western Kentucky University’s satellite campus are also housed in RPC.

📝 Assessment Center
The Assessment Center provides placement testing for incoming students, make-up exams for existing students, GED testing, proctored exams for online courses, NLN exams, request for credit exams and a variety of community related testing services.
📚 Bookstore
Operated by Barnes & Noble College, the bookstore provides students with a selection of rental, digital, and used textbooks, along with student supplies, grab-and-go convenience items, and school spirit apparel.

ECTC’s Office of Military Student Services, Student Veteran Organization and Office of Veteran’s Affairs assist military personnel and veterans throughout their experience as a student from admissions and advising, to engagement opportunities and more.

Records office personnel process enrollment verification, drop/add requests and graduation applications, perform degree audits, and award credit.

The Admissions office processes admission applications and offers application and transcript help for those applying to the college. ECTC is an open access institution and the admission application is free.
👍🏻 Educational Opportunity Center
EOC is a free program under the U.S. Department of Education’s Federal TRIO program, aiding first generation and low-income individuals as well as military connected persons who desire a post-secondary education.
