👋🏻 TRIO Student Support Services (SSS)
SSS is a free program under the U.S. Department of Education’s Federal TRIO program, providing tutoring services and clarity to individuals about the college process, all within a friendly environment to motivate student success. SSS serves first generation, low-income and students with a documented disability.
😎 The Lift Lounge
Hosted by the First-Year Experience (FYE), the Lift Lounge is a laid-back space with a coffee-shop aesthetic where students can do coursework, watch TV, grab a snack, charge devices and interact with peers. FYE is designed to provide support and guidance for students transitioning into the college environment with services like tutoring, essential skills and mentor support.
🌎 Multi-Cultural Center/CODE
The Multi-Cultural Center (MCC) seeks to improve underrepresented minority and low-income student groups by addressing barriers and connecting those students to resources to enhance student opportunity, success, and impact. The MCC also works to maintain and develop a healthy, diverse, and inclusive campus community to include our faculty, staff, and students.
