Cartersville Site Building B - Student Center, First Floor
The Cartersville site student center, also known as Building B, was opened in 2012 and was the second building to be constructed at the Cartersville site and consists of two floors. Designed with a rustic western open-air theme, the student center is the focal point for student activities. The first floor includes a common area, a large meeting room, the Charger Cafe, the bookstore, and the student information help desk.

📖 Commons Area
The large common area of the student center includes lots of soft seating, regular tables, high-top tables, and outdoor patio seating for studying or just hanging out. This area of the student center also includes a beautiful stone fireplace and the student help desk.
🎟 Ballroom/Meeting Room
The large meeting room off of the common area of the student center is known as the ballroom. This large room is used for special events, meetings, and performances throughout the year.
🥯 Charger Café
Charge up at the Charger Café! The café offers a variety of hot and cold menu items including daily breakfast and lunch specials, hot coffee, fountain drinks, desserts, and grab-and-go snacks.
📒 Bookstore
The GHC bookstore is located near the north entrance of the student center and is stocked with supplies students may need for class, cool GHC logo merch, convenience snacks, and so much more. Not able to shop in person? The online bookstore can be accessed on our website.
🏀 Gym
The gym offers a multi-purpose hard floor court and you can often find students playing a pick-up game of basketball between classes. The space is offers lots of natural light and is also used for large student or community events.
🏋🏻♀️ Fitness Center
The GHC fitness center is located on the first floor of the student center and offers a variety of exercise equipment and free weights. The facility is free and open to all GHC students and employees.
