Paulding Site Winn Building
The Paulding site Winn Building was formerly a bank and community center. After a full renovation, it opened to students in 2021, doubling GHC’s footprint in Downtown Dallas. The first floor contains 2 classrooms, a security office, the student center, a fitness center, and a beautiful patio. It’s a perfect space for studying or just enjoying some sun between classes. On the second floor you will find an additional lounge for students and faculty, study rooms, and a biology and chemistry lab.

Our fitness center located inside the Winn Building is a place where you can get a workout in between classes and provides workout space with resistance stations and free weights.

Various labs and classrooms are located throughout the Winn Building. Students taking in-person classes will meet in a typical classroom or lab as shown here.
