Tundra Hall

Tundra Hall is the newest addition to Windsford's residence hall portfolio. It's just steps away from the new Student Center and one block from the dining hall. It houses Windsford's first-year students and has an assortment of interest based learning communities.

First-Year Housing

Resident Life Staff

🏢 First-Year Housing

Our first-year housing consists of 4 residence halls: Arctic, Seton, Tundra and Cascade. All of our first-year halls are on same side of campus and are surrounded by our Wolf Pack Snack Shop where you can use your Wolf Bucks. Our students love the feeling of community they get from the first-year living setup and make friends quickly!

Spanish-Speaking Floor

Seton Hall is home to our award winning Spanish-speaking floor. All events hosted on this floor are conducted in Spanish, and residents are encouraged to practice speaking Spanish to each other. Students from any level of proficiency are welcome to join!

👋 Resident Life Staff

Come say hello! We are your go-to office for housing, key card access, Welcome Week activities, or any questions you have about housing. You'll find a Resident Assistant on each floor of your building that is also there for direct support within your floor.

Roommate Selection

As a first year student, you'll have the option request a roommate or go through the random roommate selection process (most first year students choose this option!) We'll ask you a series of questions to get to know you, your living habits, and what you expect in a roommate.

Resident Assistants

The RA fulfills a vital role in the residence hall community by helping students integrate learning experiences gained from both inside and outside of the classroom. The primary function of the RA is to facilitate interpersonal relationships and to create living communities that maximize the opportunities for students to learn and grow.
