Casa de Oro residence hall provides double-occupancy suite-style units and includes a social lounge, a gaming lounge, study rooms, a community kitchen, laundry facilities, a business center and an interior landscaped courtyard.

First-year students in Barrett, the Honors College, College of Health Solutions, Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation, Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College, New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences, Thunderbird School of Global Management, Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions, and W. P. Carey School of Business live here as part of ASU's residential college model.
