Kappa Delta Sorority
The Sigma Psi chapter of Kappa Delta was founded in 1924. They are the first sorority to be founded at NDSU. Their signature philanthropy event is Shamrock Week, which is a week long philanthropy event featuring many different events. 20% of proceeds go to their national beneficiary, Prevent Child Abuse America, and 80% go to their local beneficiary, Red River Children’s Advocacy Center. Kappa Delta's chapter house was recently rebuilt in 2022 and the build was sponsored by Kappa Delta National Housing Corporation.
👩🏽💻 Fraternities and Sororities
With 11 fraternities and 4 sororities, NDSU's Fraternity and Sorority Life gives you many opportunities to get involved on campus and in the community. Highlights of Fraternity and Sorority Life include philanthropy events such as the popular Mr. and Ms. NDSU competitions, the Greek Grill-Out at the beginning of the school year, and the many friendships formed in and between each organization.
