- Holds 4-5 students
- Double and single bedrooms
- Residents are expected to create and take part in programming events for the special interest group they represent
- Advised by an academic or administrative department
- Eligible for gender inclusive housing

Who lives here: Sophomore, junior, and senior active members

Fun Features:
- Open to full time recognized, active members
- There are six sororities and eight fraternities
- Selection process at the discretion of the chapter
- No more than 50% of the residents must be sophomore status
- 30% of the campus population is in a sorority or fraternity
