Potomac House
Potomac House opened for student residency in August 2006. This first-year residence hall is located in South Square. The hub desk in Potomac House's lobby area is available to provide evening resources, supplies, and a contact point for residents.

🏢 Potomac House Features
This ten-story residence hall provides housing for approximately 380 undergraduates in double rooms with either private or adjoined bathrooms. Large study lounges can be found on the first and second floors, and TV lounge with community kitchen, and the laundry facilities are located in the basement. An indoor bike storage area is located on the first floor of the building.
All rooms come furnished with a Twin XL bed/bed frame, desk and desk chair, microfridge, and 2 dressers for each resident.
