Health, Leisure, and Sports Complex

The Health, Leisure and Sports Facility (HLS, Building 72) is a 105,000-square-foot recreation facility with a strength and conditioning center; a cardio floor with an indoor track; basketball and racquetball courts; an indoor soccer field; fitness studios; and a 36-foot climbing wall.

⭐ Aquatic Center

The Aquatic Center (Building 73) is home to UWF Homecoming's annual Cardboard Boat Race. The facility features an indoor Olympic-sized pool, diving boards, a whirlpool, and a dry sauna. Community activities include swim lessons, American Red Cross lifeguard training, and party rentals.

⭐ Recreation and Wellness

UWF's Recreation and Wellness department also offers intramural and club sports, outdoor activities, group fitness, personal training, and equipment rentals, and is home to UWF's Peer Educators.
