Foodies, unite! Chances are, Building A will be your new favorite spot on campus. This space houses our Culinary, Hospitality, Baking and Pastry programs. These students devote 1,000+ lab hours to learning the latest techniques and trends of the industry.

Find delectable dining in the Classic Room, a vibrant student training restaurant that’s open to the public. Our Culinary and Hospitality students get important hands-on practice as they prepare and serve international cuisine using fresh ingredients. The Classic Room provides the full sit-down dining experience, while the Classic Bistro offers lighter lunch options perfect for a busy day. Bon appétit!

Step into our state-of-the-art training kitchen, where aspiring chefs hone their skills. Here, students learn to prepare, cook, plate and serve delicious dishes using professional equipment and techniques.

👨‍🍳 Baking Lab

Discover the sweet science of baking in our dedicated baking lab, where student bakers learn to create delectable pastries, breads, desserts and more using a variety of tools and equipment. These items are available for general sale or specialty orders at WCTC's on-campus Food Store.

🛒 Food Store

Visit the Food Store to purchase tasty treats created by WCTC Baking and Pastry students. Open to the public, the Food Store helps our students practice the real-world business skills they'll use in their future careers.
