Evansdale Library

This building is the primary library for the Evansdale area of campus and contains over 300,000 volumes, a large computer lab, and an electronic classroom. There is a digital photography studio, deep quiet study room, rooms you can reserve for group study, and a study room just for student-veterans.

WVU offers 129 undergraduate majors for students to choose from. Pursue your passions, find your path, and unlock your academic potential!

Tutoring

WVU tutoring centers offer a variety of in-person and virtual help. There are centers in each library, in academic buildings, and pop-up tutoring centers travel between residence halls throughout the week. Tutoring Centers focus on engineering, business topics, chemistry, writing, math, statistics, STEM, and a specific center for veterans. And it's all free!

ASPIRE Office

The ASPIRE Office helps students win nationally competitive scholarships and fellowships and/or gain admission to graduate school! Check out the scholarships and fellowships our office helps students apply for, and set up an appointment to discuss the ones that interest you. We also help students with applying to any graduate or professional school program.

Language Placement Exam

Students who have studied a language before entering college have the opportunity to take the language placement exam.
