The complex at 215 North Third Street has two on-campus housing facilities, the Camden Towers and the Camden Apartments.

Apartment Living
🏢 First-Year Students
First-year students reside in the Camden Towers. The 10-story Camden Tower Suites features three-bedroom furnished units each with a living room and bathroom to accommodate six students. Each room comes included with furniture and a micro fridge. Although this building does not include a private kitchen in the suites, there is a community kitchen located on the first floor for residents to use.
🏨 Apartment Living
The Camden Apartments houses our second- and sometimes third-year students. The Camden Apartments is a six-story building with fully furnished two- and four-bedroom apartments with a living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. In this building, students have access to their own private kitchen within the apartment.
What's Included @ 215 Residence Hall
All utilities and amenities are included. Two lounges that have a projector with HD satellite television, Blu-ray, and computer connection capabilities. Computer labs with wireless printing and laundry rooms are free for on campus residents.
