The Fine Arts building is a haven for expression and creativity for the Department of Visual, Media, and Performing Arts. Both student-directed productions and student artwork are featured and showcased here.

Different Studies, Endless Opportunities

🎭 What's Inside Fine Arts and Theater

Housed in this building are the Black Box Studio, Gordon Theater, and the Steadman Art Gallery. Students can showcase their many talents whether it is physical like paintings or sculptures, or entertainment like actors and vocalists. Every student has a place to shine.

Aspiring Musicians

Students can also take a one credit course in the instrument of their choice. Perfect for those who are interested in learning a new instrument or those who want to get better at what they already know. Music practice rooms are available for students.

🎥 Different Studies, Endless Opportunities

The Fine Arts Building houses many talented artists. Just to name a few, the Visual arts include graphic design, painting, photography and Performing Arts includes Acting, Theater, and Filmmaking.

Art Therapy

This program is 1 of only 2 Art Therapy programs in NJ and is a rapidly growing field combining art, psychology, and nursing, providing therapeutic art practice for patients.
