Hugh & Edna White Library
The library is the study and hangout spot on campus. You will find students here all day meeting with groups, or simply catching up on homework. Whether a lot gets done in the library… you'll have to be the judge of that!

☕️ Coffee, 👥 Community, and 👩💻 Cramming
As one of the busiest places on campus, the library serves as multiple things — your coffee stop, your study area, or even your go-to hangout spot!
Community Floor
The main floor of the library is a prime hangout spot for students on campus. If you ever need a study space, a cup of coffee from Sacred Grounds, or just want to hang out, the community floor is the place to be.
Quiet Floor
Just above the community floor of the library is the quiet floor, the perfect space if you're looking for a distraction-free study area. Students use the quiet floor whenever they need to sit down and crank out multiple assignments or papers.
☕️ Sacred Grounds
As soon as you walk in the library, you can smell the aroma of Sacred Grounds, our student-run coffee shop. Whenever you need a break from studying or need a pick-me-up in the morning before class, Sacred Grounds can give you the boost you need.
📃 The Writing Center
Located on the main floor, the writing center is a free resource for all SAU students. Whether you need help getting started on your paper, need some grammatical help, or are just struggling to format your work, we’re determined to help you get that A!
