650 Lincoln is a mixed-use development featuring an 878-bed student housing community, approximately 30,000 square feet of retail and two parking garages. Amenities include a resort-style pool with grilling stations, private and group study spaces on each floor, a state-of-the-art clubroom and a fitness center with fitness on demand. 650 Lincoln is a partnership with the University of South Carolina.
