Student Life

📖 Student Support

Students have a wide variety of academic resources at their fingertips, including some awesome study spaces like our libraries!

Office of Student Accommodations

The Office of Student Accommodations is dedicated to enhancing the educational opportunities for students with temporary or permanent disabilities at WVU. To ensure access to University programs, specialists work individually with students to help them achieve academic success.

🌟 Student Life

While the time students spend inside the classroom is extremely important, the time outside the classroom can make all the difference too. Maximize your college experience by exploring ways to get involved, find friends, and most importantly, have fun!

Student Engagement

At WVU, what a student learns outside of the classroom is just as important as what they learn during class. There are 450+ student organizations to join and many ways to give back to your community and make a difference.

WVU President

Currently serving for a second time as president of WVU, Dr. E. Gordon Gee has been a leader in higher education for more than three decades. In 2009 Time magazine named him one of the top 10 university presidents in the United States. In July 2025, WVU welcomes new President Michael T. Benson.
