🎞 About BFA Animation
The studio experience at CCA is unlike others. There are opportunities to model characters in clay and to act our ideas through improv exercises. You’ll apply the tools of the trade—2D and 3D digital modeling, stop-motion, app development, and visual effects—to the stories you want to tell. It all comes together in junior and senior year, when you’ll create your own animated short.
Animation opportunities
Being on the West Coast means we can offer training from the best in the biz! Animators from companies like Pixar, DreamWorks, LAIKA Studios, and others are your faculty or guest lecturers here at CCA. And alumni of our program go on to work as animators at studios large and small, as visual developers for film, gaming, and television, or as independent artists.
