A four-minute walk from CCA’s main building, this apartment-style residence hall caters to continuing undergraduate and transfer students. Enjoy having your own private bedroom and many modern amenities, including a living room and full kitchen in each suite, as well as 24-hour security and support from front desk staff.

🏠 Home in the heart of the Design District

The building’s location is hard to beat: really cool companies and organizations like like fuseproject, San Francisco Center for the Book, and the SF Flower Mart are all your neighbors. A Whole Foods is just blocks away, and Philz Coffee, one of a handful of nearby cafes, is a great spot to hold an impromptu study group.

CCA Campus Gallery

On the ground floor, the CCA Campus Gallery serves as a bridge between CCA and the local community. Exhibitions at the CCA Campus Gallery are always free and open to the public so all can enjoy rotating shows and view student work.
