Potter Hall

Potter Hall houses approximately 250 students. Students in this building reside in a double room with a private bathroom. They also have a 24-hour fitness center and laundry room on the main level. There is a courtyard in the back of the building for residents use as well.

Residents in Potter Hall share a room with one other person. Rooms in Potter Hall have a private bathroom area in the room.
Furnishings provided by the university include:

Twin-sized beds with built-in drawers and night stands (beds are not made to be lofted)
Desks and desk chairs
Closet and wardrobe

🧦 Potter Hall Laundry Room

Potter Hall has a laundry room for all residents on the main floor. Students have access to the washers and dryers at no additional cost. Students in Potter are able to download an app to check for open washers and dryers before making a trip to the laundry room.

🛋 Potter Hall Lounges

Each floor of Potter Hall has a lounge for students to enjoy. The lounge features a TV, couches, and tables and chairs. There is also a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster oven, and refrigerator.

🏋 Potter Hall Fitness Center

Potter Hall offers a 24 hour a day fitness center for it's residents.

🔥 Potter Hall Courtyard

Potter Hall has a courtyard behind the building. Residents can hang out with their friends, roast marshmallows over the fire, or relax in the gazebo.
