1Capen streamlines essential student services in the heart of North Campus, making it easy for you to get on with the business of being a student. Offices in 1Capen include Parking and Transportation, Financial Aid, the Office of the Registrar, Student Accounts and the UB Card Office.

The Financial Aid Office, located in 1Capen, is available to assist you throughout your time at UB. Financial aid advisors can help you understand and complete the financial aid process, which is an important part of the college experience. Advisors are available for in-person, phone and virtual appointments.
