Studio Art Hall
The sustainably built and energy-efficient Studio Art Hall, built in 2014, features studios for sculpture, metalworking, digital fabrication, photography, woodworking, painting, and drawing, and will have central areas for students to gather, collaborate and exhibit their artworks, including a gallery.

🎨 Art Major
Art majors or art dabblers create works in painting, drawing, photography, design, digital media, sculpture, performance, installation and social practice—while informed by contemporary art, critical theory and historical precedent. Art students exhibit their culminating works at the Bernard Charnwut Chan Gallery during their senior year.
👩🏽🎨 Chan Gallery
The Bernard Charnwut Chan Gallery is a 1,500-square-foot gallery hosting exhibitions that have included works by faculty, staff, students, and artists of national and international renown. The gallery was made possible by the generosity of Bernard Charnwut Chan, Pomona College trustee, a former art major, and ’88 alumnus.
⭐ Byron Dick Seaver Theatre Complex
A design studio, smart classroom, scene shop, costume shop, recording studio, makeup and dressing rooms, greenroom, offices and a well-stocked theatre library complete the Seaver Theatre Complex. Built in 1990, the building received an award of merit in 1995 from the U.S. Institute for Theatre Technology, which noted its handsome courtyard and flexible, non-intimidating teaching spaces, inside and out.
