Purinton House

The building was named for Daniel Purinton, WVU president from 1901 to 1911. Purinton House is home to the Office of Global Affairs, the home of Education Abroad and International Students and Scholar Services. Purinton House has a rich history, including being in an iconic photograph taken November 1969, when heavyweight boxing champion Muhammed Ali visited Morgantown to speak at the WVU Festival of Ideas.
