🎹 Fine Arts Division
Our Fine Arts Division offers students excellent training in the disciplines of studio art, art history, music, and theatre arts. A group of renowned faculty, who are revered in their fields as practicing scholars, artists and teachers, prepare our students for careers in the arts and continued graduate study.
🧑🏫 Humanities and Teacher Education Division
This division designs curriculum to develop our students' appreciation of the breadth of their cultural heritage, while increasing their cultural experience and sensitivity. Students specialize in one are of the humanities, encouraging them to appreciate the interrelationship of all areas of human thought while providing pre-professional enrichment.
Special Programs
The Great Books Colloquium is an integrated series of four courses in which students read and discuss some of the most influential, thought-provoking, and enjoyable books ever written. Social Action and Justice (SAAJ) is a four-course, interdisciplinary program focused on issues of human rights, wealth and poverty, religion and culture, and the role of media in shaping social movements.
Teacher Education
The Teacher Preparation Program is a four-year integrated program in which students pursue their teaching credential and bachelor's degree simultaneously.
