🖥️ Library Space
The Payson Library is home to more than 1.8 million items via the library catalog and study spaces, including study rooms, Starbucks, the Digital Learning Lab, and more.
Digital Learning Lab
Each incoming first-year student is assigned a librarian who serves as a liaison for a specific subject. This space provides an area where they can instruct classes on how to access library resources.
Special Collections
The Payson Library contains a state-of-the-art preservation space, a reading room for visiting researchers, and a seminar room for classes to work with historic primary source materials.
📚️ Study Resources
The Payson Library offers many academic support services to our students, including the Academic Center for Excellence and the Student Success Center.
Student Success Center (SSC)
The SSC provides free tutoring for general education and introductory courses from other students that have already excelled in them. Additionally, they will hold workshops on topics like organizational skills and college preparedness to ensure students are adjusting successfully.
Academic Center for Excellence (ACE)
The ACE provides a space for students to get one-on-one help with writing papers, presentations, media projects, and more.
