Athletics

There are three different levels of sports (Division 1, Club, and Intramural). In Division I Athletics, Ospreys compete against other institutions, and our coaching staff typically recruits students.

🏅 Varsity Athletics

UNF has 19 Division I teams who compete against other Division I institutions in the ASUN Conference from all across the country. Sponsored sports include Men's & Women's Basketball, Baseball, Softball and Beach Volleyball.

Awards

Many teams have made it to the championship level in the Atlantic Sun Conference and CCSA (Coastal Collegiate Sports Association) Swimming and Diving Championships.

🏆 Varsity Athletes

Our student-athletes compete hard on and off the field. More than 92 percent have a 3.0 GPA or better, and over 50 student athletes are noted for having a perfect 4.0 GPA every semester 53 students had a perfect 4.0 in the Spring 2022 semester.

You can catch every home Osprey athletic events on either ESPN+ or streaming on SWOOPLife Live. Students receive free admissions into all home events.
