Osprey Café

All our first-year students dine with us their first year on campus. We have many options within the café, including:

- Grill Station: different daily specials, such as grilled chicken, hamburgers, and hotdogs
- Fresh Kitchen: soup and salad bar, freshly prepared daily
- Bakery Station: made-from-scratch bread with deli and panini area as well desserts
- Hearthstone Station: pizzas and other baked items
- Action-Cooking Station: food made to order
- “The Kitchen” Station: comfort foods with carving station and vegetarian options
- The Pantry: breakfast available at all times, plus an ice cream machine

We have nutritionists who work with restaurant staff, and the Office of Health Promotion offers classes to help students make healthy choices. Every day, we serve vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

Dining Services provides exciting job opportunities for students right here on campus. We have a total of 13 venues where students can apply for on-campus employment. These positions not only offer financial support but also valuable hands-on experience and the chance to engage with the campus community.

Our Dining Services department has been recognized for its outstanding contributions to the Green Restaurant Association. In 2023, they were recognized for their dedication to keeping green at the Osprey Cafe. This recognition reflects ongoing commitment to excellence in health, sustainable food, and pollution reduction.

Our campus boasts a diverse culinary experience with a variety of dining options. We have 13 dining areas conveniently located throughout campus, offering a wide range of cuisines to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.
