Rec Well

The Department of Recreation & Wellness (aka RecWell) offers a variety of activities and programs for students. 

RecWell includes Aquatics, Fitness, Competitive Sports, Eco Adventure, and Wellness.

🏊 RecWell

The Department of Recreation & Wellness (aka RecWell) offers a variety of activities and programs for students. RecWell includes: Aquatics, Fitness, Competitive Sports, Eco Adventure and Wellness.

Eco Adventure

We have miles of nature trails and a lake with free gear check-out of watercraft and other outdoor gear for students. Eco Adventure also has a high ropes course for group & team challenges. The Sky Park offers 11 elements, 40 feet off the ground that is perfect for individual challenges (no group required). Checkout their schedule for open-zip line nights and Sky Park hours.

Open Swim

The pool is open for student, faculty, and staff use and can be accessed through the Student Wellness Complex for open-rec swim hours, which are posted online.

Group Fitness Classes

The Group Fitness program offers the UNF community many fitness classes such as Zumba, Yoga, Spin, Meditation, Ab Attack, Booty Blast, and others.

Nutrition Services

The Registered Dietitians of the Nutrition services team on the first floor works with students to develop a personal diet plan for healthy living.
