Just north of the UT Tower is the home of our unofficial mascots, our campus turtles. Students lounge by the peaceful pond to take a break or study outside, saying hello to the turtles basking in the sun. This mini ecosystem is often visited by biology classes and is a spot for undergraduate ecological research. Just a few steps away is the newly restored Painter Greenhouse, where you'll see student sustainability projects and research underway.
