⭐ Career Center
Florida State University students know where to go when it comes to planning for their future. For the eighth consecutive year, the FSU Career Center is the No. 1 way students found employment after graduation, according to the graduating senior survey.
The FSU Career Center provides resources such as career advising, employability skills workshops, mock interviews, and career development courses. Each semester, the Career Center hosts a variety of events including field-specific career fairs and Seminole Futures our semi-annual, all-majors, career and internship fair. Here, students can take advantage of our professional clothing closet, mock interview programs, and resume advising to aid their career development.
In addition, the Career Center offers a variety of programs to help students cultivate their career path with confidence. Their FSUShadow program allows students to test drive a career by connecting them with employers, community partners, and alumni for one-day shadowing opportunities.
Through their InternFSU program, the Career Center offers 100 on-campus paid internships every single semester across all departments. Dozens of opportunities from research positions to communications internships are offered to allow students to explore their interests, develop professional skills, and receive compensation for their work.

⭐ The Center for Leadership & Service
The Center for Leadership & Service transforms lives through leadership education, community engagement, and self-exploration, helping students develop skills and knowledge to become more effective leaders and engage responsibly with communities. To that end, we foster and sustain collaborative relationships among students, our campus, and the broader community.
We envision mutually beneficial relationships in which students develop into active, civic-minded leaders who serve in ways desired by the community, and community partners are supported in their work by student leadership capacity. We offer more than 20 programs that foster opportunities to create positive, sustainable change on campus, in our communities, and around the world. Opportunities range from civic engagement initiatives to intensive weeklong leadership training, from one-time local service trips with EngageTLH to global summers of service through the Moellership Program.
